Terms and Conditions

SERVICE:- Once I accept a commission, you’re accepting to follow these Terms and Conditions, for any future situation involving the service (which includes, claims, arguments, delays, etc.) will be treated as the client read the ToS on its entirely prior the purchase.- The client must provide an E-mail, it will be used to send the payment invoices and send the finished commission (The images will be compress into .rar files, if you which to receive them uncompress or in any other type of compress file, please notify me).- The client must specify what kind of commission they want (icon, flat, full, ref), and give their idea before I can give you a budget. (backgrounds and extra have different prices depending on what they want).- PLEASE BE SPECIFIC! Be clear in what you want, don’t be afraid to use reference for what you want, or anything that could help both of us.- Anything that isn’t include on the reference sheets provided by the client will be count as “ extra accessories ” (Note: small things like bracelets, gloves, hats, etc. won’t have extra charges, the extra accessories charge is only for more complex things like guns, custom outfits, etc.*) - Every bought commission will be added to a public queue on Trello, please tell me if you wish to appear as anonymous!- ==Private commissions will have an extra cost (please check it on the price section). ==- Any drawing that cannot be published on my SFW accounts will be count as N/SFW (this also means that those drawing will be charge as NSFW drawings, you can ask any time if your idea enters that category).DRAWINGS:- Please read beforehand the “ Won’t draw ” section (you can always ask if I’m willing to draw it, use this section as a “FAQ” ), avoid asking for exceptions on this section.- Background and extra accessories’ prices will depend on what is asked (starting prices for backgrounds and extra accessories are on the prices section).- If the client leaves the commission to artistic freedom, the client will take full responsibility if they don’t get what they expected. (I’m serious on this one)- If the client requires the drawing for a specific date, please notify beforehand, I won’t accept any dated commission if they have less than 15 days to be delivered (I highly recommend notifying me at least 20 days in advance).- I’ll send WIPs on the comms constantly, you only can ask for major changes during the sketch phase, after I start the line art, only small changes will be accepted.TIME ESTIMATE- KEEP IN MIND, I’m a college student with a four-month period schedule (Only 2 weeks of break every 4 months), I also take small jobs to help afford my studies and helping at home, with that said, if the client feels I’m taking too long, they can ask for updates any time.- My estimate time for a commission is around 2 to 3 weeks (Could be less or more, I’ll keep you updated on that), this estimate will be affected by the queue order (The progress on all comms will be updated regularly on my Trello) and the free time I get from collage.- I usually make more than one commission at a time, so in case you see the commission right below gets updated on Trello before yours, is probably cause I’m working on both and one is simpler than the other.- I’ll wait for the client’s feedback on any WIP I send them before continue it, please check our chat constantly.- In case that the client does not answer the WIP for more than 30 days, I’ll pause the commission and continue to the queue.- In case that the client does not answer the WIP for more than 2 months, I’ll move the commission to the bottom of the queue.PAYMENT- All payments will be via PayPal and will have a 5% charge for PP and currency conversion fees.- My main payment method is upfront; however, I also accept half-half payment (half upfront and half when finished) and after-sketch payment (watermarked screencaps of the sketch).- Half-half payment will have an 10% extra charge (for PP and currency conversion fees).- On After-sketch payment, the client will receive screencaps of the sketch (with watermark), once the payment is done, the client can ask for a sketch png (no watermark).- I’ll only make full refunds for cancellation before the sketch is started (upfront and half-half).- Once the line art is started, I won’t make refunds at all.- I’ll make refunds and, or discounts only if there’s an inconvenience on my side.
